3 Bears Chalet is one of the only full amenity properties where a family can enjoy the beautiful mountainside, and at the same time be so close to downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. From the welcome center, we are less than 2 miles up the mountain. When arriving at 3 Bears, you can’t help but to notice the ease of parking with no fear of large driveways going up or down. You pull right in on a flat surface with enough room to park 9 vehicles. We found that it was very important to have a flat parking area connected to the Chalet.
